Hi, I’m Danni (yep, the one with a pint in her hand!) I’ve been baking for over 15 years, and it has always been my biggest passion and my favourite creative outlet. I previously ran a baking business before training as a nurse, but baking has always stayed close to my heart.
I love creating cupcakes, cookies and tray bakes, especially pieces that feel personal and thoughtful. One of my favourite things to make is personalised biscuits, and I really enjoy teaching others how to decorate bakes in a way that feels fun, relaxed and achievable.
Baking, for me, is about comfort, creativity and connection and I love sharing that with others through workshops and special occasions.
In March 2026, I’ll also be welcoming my first baby, which makes this chapter even more special. Bake and Blooms is being built gently and intentionally, alongside family life, with a focus on warmth, community and joy.
🌿 Chrissie
Hello, I’m Chrissie. I’ve enjoyed floristry as a hobby for over 20 years. Over the years I’ve created flowers for weddings, funerals, birthdays and special events, and I also volunteer my floristry skills for the local cathedral in Gloucester and the hospital.
I love teaching others and sharing the joy that flowers can bring. I have a real fondness for wreath making, as well as exploring new floristry trends and styles that are becoming popular. My approach to floristry is natural, thoughtful and full of heart.

Although we’re not officially related by marriage, we’ve always had a very strong bond, and working together felt like a natural next step. We’re both bubbly, creative, and love bringing people together so joining forces to create Bake and Blooms felt just right.
Together, we want to create cosy, welcoming workshops for all ages and groups, alongside beautiful flowers and delicious bakes for life’s special moments.
Whether you’re joining us for a workshop, ordering flowers, or treating someone to a box of bakes, you’ll always be met with warmth, care and a personal touch.
